  • Please fill in the 'Return Request Form'.
    Provide the order number and reason for return (attach photos if there is a problem).

Step 3: Send Back the Item 

  • After passing the return approval;
  • Follow customer service guidelines and send the item back properly packaged with order information.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  • Upon receipt of the item, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
  • Refund: 3-7 business days for original return.
  • Exchanges: shipment will be arranged as soon as possible.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

For EU customers, the 14-day cooling-off period allows you to return an item for any reason within 14 days.

Please fill out the Return Request Form, providing your order number, product name, and reason for the return. We will process your request within 2-3 business days and send you a confirmation email with further instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order was shipped correctly and arrived in perfect condition, but you wish to return it for personal reasons, we do not support such returns.

However, for EU customers, the 14-day cooling-off period allows you to return items without providing a reason.

Once we receive your returned item, we willinspect it within 5-7 business days. If the item meets our return criteria, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.

After your return has been approved, we will issue the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Yes, unless the return is due to an error by TIANSHOP (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Use the original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  • Do not use envelopes or flimsy packaging, as damaged items cannot be refunded.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping and keeping the receipt for reference.

Yes! If you need an exchange, please indicate it in your Return Request Form.
Once the returned item meets our return criteria, we will ship the replacement.
