At TIANSHOP, authenticity isn’t a slogan — it’s how we operate. We source from brand owners, authorized distributors, and compliant wholesalers only, and we perform inbound checks on every batch before items are made available to you.

1) What “authentic” means to us
- Legitimate origin: purchased through brand owners, authorized distributors, or compliant wholesalers.
- Factory-sealed integrity: outer seals and inner safety seals intact (unless the product is sold unsealed by design).
- Unaltered goods: no relabeling, no tampering, no decanting, no removal of mandatory documentation.
- Transparent presentation: packaging, region codes, or formulations may vary by market/lot; we do not misrepresent origin.
2) Our sourcing & QC (quality checks)

- Brand owners and their official regional subsidiaries
- Authorized distributors with verifiable credentials
- Compliant wholesalers who meet documentation and traceability requirements
We do not trade in grey-market, counterfeit, or tampered goods.

3) Batch, lot & expiry management
- Lot rotation: we operate first-in, first-out (FIFO) to maintain freshness where applicable.
- Printing variations: batch/expiry may be printed or lasered on different panels by lot/region; this is normal.
- Storage: controlled storage, away from excessive heat/humidity and direct sunlight.
- Need a specific batch? Contact us before ordering; we’ll check availability where feasible.
4) Packaging & regional differences
Brands may ship different packaging, artwork, or accessory sets for different regions or production runs. Minor differences do not indicate inauthenticity. If a product has region-specific features (e.g., language packs or plug types), we’ll disclose it on the product page where applicable.
5) How to verify your item (customer checklist)
- Inspect outer wrap & inner seals for a clean, untampered finish.
- Compare logos, fonts & print quality with the brand’s official materials.
- Locate batch/lot code and (if applicable) expiry date.
- Review the ingredient or INCI list on both the product page and the physical packaging.
- For items with serialization/QR/hologram, follow the brand’s verification steps if provided.

6) If you suspect any issue (damage/defect/incorrect)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess and, where applicable, open a carrier claim.
Required photos:
- The item (front/back) and the inner packaging
- The outer carton with the shipping label clearly visible
- Close-ups of the specific concern (e.g., print anomaly, seal, dent, leak)
Resolutions (replacement or refund) follow our Refund & Return Policy. To start, submit the Return Request Form.
7) What we never do
- No repackaging, decanting, or relabeling that could mislead customers.
- No removal of batch/lot, expiry, or regulatory markings.
- No claims of brand authorization where none exists; we accurately describe our sourcing channels.
- No counterfeit or tampered goods — zero tolerance.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Any use on our Site is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
